Advanced Simulation Systems, Inc. is a privately held corporation registered with the Texas Secretary Of State under Charter Number 01503292. The company formed in January 1997 to explore technology synergy in aerospace, entertainment, and defense industries and to identify new opportunities in flight simulation and training.

Advanced Simulation Systems is a designer, manufacturer, and manufacturer's representative providing custom solutions for flight simulators and training systems.   Advanced Simulation Systems integrates proven off-the-shelf technology with project specific development necessary to meet requirements. The company also functions as a consortium of simulation professionals and manufacturers with the flexibility to expand or reduce the team based on program requirements. Advanced Simulation Systems pioneered the Scalpel 6 Reconfigurable task and procedure trainer and developed the most advanced aviation learning facility in the U.S. public school system.
